I'm getting into the habit of tracking my eating on thedailyplate.com Still keep getting sidelined with pain when I try to step up my activity level, so that may have to wait until i've dropped a few more pounds.
I got them downloaded... and I listened to one, to see how it sounded. I've not tried it yet, since I downloaded the 30/30 Hiit program... and I've not gone out and "jogged" with it. I think it sounds okay... it's not the Top 40, but it is timing..
Right now, doing the Nordic Trac three times a week is working with my knee. When I did it five times, my knee hurt. As my body adapts and gets a bit stronger, I'll be able to add days.

I saw your post about how you were going to download the jiwok music workouts and try them. How did that work out for you? Would you recommend it?
